It's been years since I've been to Rice's. Brings back memories of when I went to Milby Night School. Oh my, that was way back when. It was affordable back then too and you got a lot for the price you paid. Still the same. More to choose from on the menu. But still the same. TO-GO for lunch. Enough food for two. I split with a coworker. I will visit again soon and try something different.
Food is good. Egg rolls r bombtastic!! Combo fried rice.... MMMMMM Place stinks but the food makes up for the smell while u wait for your food to-go.
I called in a to-go order and at first glance I assumed the egg rolls would be nasty/dry because they looked burnt on the ends. However, the egg rolls were amazing! (And they didn't taste burnt. ) I also ordered the combination rice, it was amazing, as well. And the guys customer service was really really too. I would definitely go back and try more of their food.

Been coming here for at least 27 years and the place seems to be the same. Great fats food for a reasonable price to be honest. Staff pretty fast to bring out orders as well. To be honest i have never eaten there just take out .
